# Blocks

A "block" is a single building or a group of buildings that are **part of a larger development or estate**. These blocks can consist of **apartments, flats, or commercial spaces** like the shared roof of a house, a shared garden, or a shared garage. As blocks can be subject to their own maintenance and service obligation, they are often managed as distinct entities within a larger property complex.
