# Schemes

A "scheme" refers to a **planned development or project** involving the construction or redevelopment of properties and the associated infrastructure **within a defined area**. Schemes may involve the construction of multiple buildings, roads, utilities, and amenities within a particular location and can encompass a wide range of real estate endeavors, including residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
